Solid company, few growing pains
Good commission structure and the leads are real. Install crews are fast. Took a star off because the CRM is clunky and territory assignments can be inconsistent. But overall a great place to sell solar.

Best solar company I have worked for
Commission paid on time every single time. Training was legit — not just ride-alongs, actual classroom training on objection handling and system design. My manager actually cared about my development. Only left because I relocated.
